Membership pays! You could win a $500 term deposit.

Contest details:

1. Referrers: Every time someone opens a new membership and a new account, and names you as the referrer (the person who told them about Shell Employees' Credit Union), you will automatically be entered into a draw for a $500 term deposit. There is NO LIMIT to the number of people you refer. The more often you are named as the referrer, the more entries into the 'referrer 'draw you will receive.
   
2. New members: Every new member that opens a new membership and a new account will automatically be entered into a separate draw for a $500 term deposit. Each new member will receive ONE entry into the 'new member' draw.
   
3. Visions accounts: Each time a NEW Visions account is opened, the young person named on the account will be automatically entered into a separate 'youth' draw for a $500 term deposit. Each new youth account will receive ONE entry into the 'youth' draw.
   
4. Entry process: Entry into the contest will be automatic. Entrants will not need to complete any entry form or ballot.
   
5. Prizes: A total of three $500 term deposits will be awarded – one for a 'referrer', one for a 'new member', and for for a 'youth member'. Each term deposit will be locked in for a one year term and receive the posted rate of interest for a one year term as of September 30, 2008.
   
6. Contest dates: The 'referrer', 'new member' and 'youth' contests will run from July 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008.
